Pemprov Banten alokasikan 4% dana PAD untuk program makan gratis

Bantentoday – Pemerintah Provinsi (Pemprov) Banten mengalokasikan dana sebesar 4 persen dari Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) untuk program makan bergizi gratis (MBG) tingkat SMA/SMK dan SKh.

“Sesuai petunjuk teknis dari Kemendagri, kita alokasikan 4% dari PAD untuk program MBG,” kata Pj Gubernur Banten Al Muktabar, Kamis (21/11).

Jelas Al Muktabar, Pemprov Banten juga akan mengalokasikan dana bagi kabupaten/kota untuk program MBG melalui anggaran bagi hasil daerah. Namun, semua itu masih menunggu instruksi dari pusat terkait sistem pembiayaan untuk MBG.

Sebab, Provinsi Banten masuk dalam regional yang nilai besaran untuk menu MBG setiap anak sebesar Rp14 ribu sampai Rp15 ribu. “Ini yang kita masih tunggu, tetapi kita siapkan sumber alokasinya dahulu,” ujarnya.

Pemprov Banten juga ingin memaksimalkan potensi setiap sekolah seperti halnya SMKN 3 Kota Tangerang yang mampu membuat menu makanan MBG sendiri.

“Karena di sini ada jurusan tata boga, menu MBG dimasak oleh siswa dan guru. Ini bisa menekan biaya. Potensi ini yang akan kita maksimalkan ke depannya dengan pendataan,” ujar Al Muktabar.
