Pemkot Tangerang Siapkan Help Desk untuk Permudah Pendaftaran Pra-SPMB

Bantentoday – Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Tangerang melalui Dinas Pendidikan tengah membuka tahapan Pra-Sistem Penerimaan Murid Baru (Pra-SPMB) untuk tahun ajaran 2025/2026.

Pendaftaran yang dilakukan sepenuhnya secara daring ini berlangsung hingga 10 Juli 2025 untuk jenjang Sekolah Dasar (SD) dan hingga 6 Juli 2025 untuk jenjang Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP).

Untuk memastikan kelancaran proses pendaftaran, Dinas Pendidikan Kota Tangerang menyediakan layanan help desk bagi masyarakat yang mengalami kendala atau memerlukan bantuan teknis selama proses pra-pendaftaran berlangsung.

“Kami menyediakan help desk untuk membantu para orang tua calon peserta didik baru apabila mengalami kesulitan saat melakukan pendaftaran pra-SPMB. Jadi, segala pertanyaan dan kendala selama proses pendaftaran dapat langsung ditanyakan melalui jalur yang telah kami siapkan,” jelas Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Kota Tangerang, Jamaluddin, pada Rabu (23/4).

Dua nomor bantuan telah dibuka secara khusus untuk menjawab pertanyaan sesuai jenjang pendidikan, yakni:

  • 0856-9247-9094 untuk jenjang SD

  • 0851-8000-3060 untuk jenjang SMP

Lebih lanjut, masyarakat juga bisa mendapatkan informasi terkini terkait tahapan dan jadwal pendaftaran melalui laman resmi praspmb.tangerangkota.go.id, disdik.tangerangkota.go.id, atau melalui akun Instagram resmi @disdiktangkot.
