PDAM Tirta Benteng minta masyarakat cek tagihan melalui SiGanteng

Bantentoday – Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Benteng Kota Tangerang, Banten, meminta kepada masyarakat untuk mengecek tagihan secara online melalui aplikasi Sistem Informasi pelanggan Tirta Benteng (SiGanteng)

“Aplikasi ini merupakan bentuk sinergi layanan Perumda Tirta Benteng terhadap pelanggan untuk memudahkan seiring dengan perkembangan digital,” kata Direktur Perusahaan Umum Daerah (Perumda) Tirta Benteng Doddy Effendi di Tangerang, Kamis (23/5/2024).

“Kami memastikan data keamanannya dapat dipertanggungjawabkan,” tegas Doddy.

Menurutnya, aplikasi SiGanteng dibuat untuk memudahkan para pelanggan Perumda Tirta Benteng. Ia pun mengajak seluruh pelanggan Perumda Tirta Benteng menggunakan aplikasi SiGanteng untuk memudahkan akses layanan.

“Kami akan terus memaksimalkan pelayanan kepada seluruh pelanggan Perumda Tirta Benteng. Melalui aplikasi SiGanteng juga masyarakat dapat melaporkan apabila ada gangguan aliran air yang dialami,” katanya.

Aplikasi SiGanteng merupakan aplikasi smart berbasis android dan iOS dan terintegrasi dengan pelayanan pelanggan Tirta Benteng.

Aplikasi Sistem Informasi pelanggan Tirta Benteng (SiGanteng) menyajikan enam fitur yakni Info Tagihan, Info Pemakaian Air, Daftar Pasang Baru, Pengaduan Layanan, Lapor Meter Mandiri dan Pembayaran Online.
