KPU: Pilkada 2024 bakal digelar di 37 Provinsi di Indonesia

“Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) tidak melakukan Pilkada langsung”

Bantentoday – Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) RI akan menggelar pemilihan kepala daerah (Pilkada) Serentak 2024 di 37 Provinsi di Indonesia.

Kata Ketua KPU RI Hasyim Asy’ari, Pilkada Serentak 2024 hanya diikuti 37 dari 38 provinsi, karena Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) tidak melakukan Pilkada langsung.

“Untuk pemilihan gubernur (dilakukan) pada 37 provinsi, kalau DIY kan tidak melalui Pilkada langsung,” ujar Hasyim, Minggu (31/3).

Hasyim menegaskan, pemungutan suara Pilkada Serentak 2024 akan dilakukan pada Rabu, 27 November 2024.

“KPU menyelenggarakan peluncuran Pilkada Serentak 2024 yang rencananya untuk pemungutan suara akan digelar nanti pada tanggal 27 November 2024,” jelasnya.
