Bantentoday – Kabupaten Lebak, Banten mencatat realisasi angka pravalensi stunting yang dialami anak bawah lima tahun (balita) 4,07 persen dari jumlah balita 109.498 anak atau di bawah 14 persen pada tahun 2024.
“Kita patut mengapresiasi karena mampu mengatasi stunting di bawah target 14 persen sesuai harapan Presiden Jokowi Widodo,” kata Kepala Bidang Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana DP2KBP3A Kabupaten Lebak Tuti Nurasiah, Rabu (10/7).
Berdasarkan hasil intervensi serentak pada Juni 2024 terhadap balita di Kabupaten Lebak sebanyak 109.498 orang terealisasi sekitar 4,07 persen atau 4.452 balita teridentifikasi stunting, sedangkan akhir tahun 2023 sekitar 4,8 persen. “Data stunting 4,07 persen 2024 di daerah itu sudah diinput ke aplikasi elektronik -Pencatatan dan Pelaporan Gizi Berbasis masyarakat (e-PPGBM),” jelasnya.
Menurut Tuti, data stunting itu tentu cukup valid karena berdasarkan “by name by adres” sesuai nama dan alamatnya.
Pelaksanaan intervensi itu dipusatkan di posyandu masing-masing secara kolaborasi dengan organisasi perangkat daerah (OPD), stokholder, perusahaan swasta, BUMN dan berbagai elemen masyarakat.
Dimana intervensi itu diantaranya penimbangan dan pengukuran balita juga pemeriksaan kesehatan ibu hamil. Dalam intervensi itu jika diketahui balita stunting maka dilakukan penguatan intervensi yang lebih baik agar mereka terbebas dari tengkes.
Begitu juga jika ibu hamil mengalami kekurangan energi kronik (KEK) maka dilakukan pemberian tambah tablet darah (TTD) agar tidak melahirkan kasus stunting baru. “Kami terus mengoptimalkan kolaborasi untuk mengatasi stunting, sehingga dapat melahirkan generasi Emas 2045,” kata Tuti.
